A Website is a set of Web Pages served by a single web domain.  A web site may be accessible via a public Internet Protocol (IP) network, such as the Internet, or a private local area network (LAN), by referencing a uniform resource locator (URL) that identifies the site.

In a Simple Language, it is simply represent the nature of Work, Services or Products or Information of any Particular Company or Organisation or of any personal. It can be seen through worldwide by simply a domain name.

We have majorly 2 types of Website - Static Website and Dynamic Website.

A static website is one that has web pages stored on the server in the format that is sent to a client web browser.

A dynamic website is one that changes or customizes itself frequently and automatically.

For Website, we need 3 things - Domain Name, Web Hosting and Web Pages Designing.

Domain Name - by the part of a network address which identifies it as belonging to a particular domain.

Domain Name is the Name owned by a particular person or organisation and consisting of alphabetical or alphanumeric sequence followed by a suffix used as an Internet Address to identity the location of a particular web pages. 

For Ex - www.stores4domain.com where stores4domain.com is the brand representing the Company Scintillate Consultancy Services. 

Web Hosting - the activity or business of providing storage space and access for websites. It allows individuals and organsiations to make their website accessible via the WWW. Web Hosts (We) are the companies that provide space on a server over the Internet.

Web Pages Designing - Design the Pages whether Static or Dynamic as per the requirement of the organisation.
